Descend: Processes and Sprint Sheets


Descend was one of the biggest projects I have attempted so far. I had a few jobs for this game: Lead Designer, Technical Artist, Voice Actor, and Tester. The Lead Designer and Tester jobs required me to keep thorough documentation, both to direct my team in the creation of the game and to communicate what bugs were in the game and what caused the bugs to happen. I also wrote the postmortem and summaries of the sprints I was in charge of and helped take charge of creating and managing some of the sprint sheets we used during production, occasionally taking the passed-around job of Team Leader.
